Rich Never done a Yamagamma before so now the 250 LC's sold I have just bought this. Not in bad condition really, and it's a runner too so should be able to get a fair wedge back on the motor and other bits I don't need. Not quite sure what the exact plan is yet, been thinking about TZR wheels (poss front end too), round headlamp, YPVS N clocks, Lomas pipes as I already have these bits. Only dead cert is the 350 valve engine sitting in the garage will be finding a new home Wink

Rich Bit of progress. TZR rear wheel into RG250 arm was easy enough but front end has proved to be a bit tricky. Who said trying to make use of bits you already had was the easy way? I've certainly learnt a lot about caliper offsets, speedo drives, wheel spacers etc. Have a guess what parts the front end is made up from Wink I have also trimmed the bottom off the side panels which looks a lot better.

Rich Cheers, undecided now whether to use the gamma top fairing, or go for the round headlight unfaired look.

Mike, not 3HE Wink The forks, yokes and wheel are all from different bikes. Yokes are Suzuki, forks wheel and brakes are Yamaha. I'm not out to make a mint show bike, just a bit of fun really. It will be fun though, weighs absolutely nothing and the motor I will be using did 65bhp when it was last dynoed Twisted Evil
