Cut down the clutch cover and removed the lug just below where the oil feed pipes enter and exposed a hole
Any one in the Dudley area who can fill the hole up with alloy weld

1966, any progress on the cover?
I've started with one myself, alot of work left but it'll be all good once it come together. It's not a ypvs cover, so it'll look a little raw, but i kinda like it!

Did some work on it.
The window is mounted but you can't see it because it's so transparent! Looks quite allright irl. Though, i regret i cut away the "wall" at the oilpump, it would be better to keep it on a 4l0 cover, but when i started chunking pieces out of this cover i actually didn't know that the ypvs cover was different shaped and looks better. Well, sh*t happens..
Btw, the gasket/o-ring i'm using is one of these rubbers that shall sit inside the clutch, it seals nicely, though it could have been a bit larger since it barely useable. It works though as i said.

1966, any progress or have you forgotten the clutch cover?
I made up my mind and polished mine. It's not done yet but it's getting there.
It took quite some time to sand the glassblasted surface away!
