I have at long last obtained a 500LC kicker & knuckle for my 4LO hybrid with 4LO engine, can anyone enlighten me as to what mods are required to attatch it to the 4LO kicker shaft.
Many thanks Rob.

Its been covered before but you either get your 350 knuckle modded to fit the kicker or if you have the splined insert for the 500 knuckle have that welded in place and your kick start shaft tapped and a bolt to hold it all in place.
nk racing did mine.

So what's the advantage of a 500 kicker on a 350?

theres 2 parts to the 500 knuckle, the knuckle itself and a sleeved spline. the knuckle moves on the spline on the 500 so it can be moved back to clear the fairing.(i think). basicly you need to weld the sleeved spline to the knuckle itself so its both together.
tom
i'll try and do a piccy tomoz
