Is there anything I should know about replacing my stock rd350lc pipes with allspeed big cans ?

yes, use silicon sealent inside the collers where the pipe slides in and I would say use both the origonal gaskets but not the YPVS round gasket as I was recomended, as its too thick.
No need to change the jetting.

If they have standard flanges (I think that's what they're called!) - do you still recommend doing this scratch
i.e. They don't have separate 'collars' - the ends of them are the same as the stock one's on my F2

Have you bought the Allspeeds second hand?

The collars could be welded in place or a very tight fit into the downpipe.

Do they have springs for the lugs on the downpipes to the tab washers??

I have never used them, but would think you would not need to. When I first fitted the Allspeeds they leaked at the flange but not where the gasket/barrel joint is.

its only where the Allspeeds slide into the flange that they leak chucking 2 stroke oil out over the pipes, and blow a little.
I used a higher temp sealer, but Tony recons bathroom sealer is ok.
