Apologies if this has been done to death before, I had a scan through and couldn't see owt.

My 350LC suffers from clutch slip when it hits the powerband or changing gear. I've checked the individual plates which are within thickness limits and not warped, the clutch basket and centre aren't notched, I'm not running synthetic oil and the springs are within manual length.

I haven't changed anything, the bike is as restored and it's always done it. Now we're getting run in it's becoming an issue.

Does anybody make a set of stronger springs?

Remove three standard springs and replace with 3 TZ springs.
This fixed my RZ350, I borrowed them from a mate who bought them from NORBO who is on this site.

EBC also do heavey duty springs for the banshee. I have not tried the EBC springs yet.

I just went down to my local motorcycle parts shop and they had some stiffer ones in stock, maybe you should have a look at your local motorcycle parts shop.

It's very unlikely to need stronger springs. Chances are the clutch isn't adjusted properly. If you feel it is, change the plates. Even though they are the correct thickness it doesn't mean the material isn't knackered.

Couldn't agree more.
Check everything is adjusted ok and that the cable itself isn't kinked or dragging.
