Hi there,
Quick question: does anyone know how to remove the front brake light micro switch from the brake reservoir mechanism. I want to remove it to so I can re-paint the reservoir itself.
Many thanks
Patrick

There is a locking tab on the side of the switch. On the underside of the master cylinder, there is a small hole. Use a screwdriver to press the release tab and the switch should pull out.

I have 2 types, one is a tubular thing that just pulls out,
the other is a flat rectangular thing (regular Microswitch ?) held on with a small philips screw.
Neither are Rocket Science to remove/ refit.
