HI how do i go about tracing my old lc??? last colour on this bike was green....dvla but as for that i cant find owt else.
the pic on right was as i got it and left after i rebuilt it...scanned pics from 1991 when i had the bike...sold in the york area maybe rob may know YORKYAMAHA do you know where she is????
pics are old i know so soz about the quality
please help

what was the last date it was taxed? probably give you some insight as to if its still around, can be a bit depressing really, checked mine and it hasn't been taxed since 2000, maybe we should all stick our old reg numbers in the signature bit just in case someone reading our posts knows something, in fact here's mine below

same info i got ian....probably broken up now i suppose but if i found the cases frame then all well and good...any other ways to find her lads???

Mfg'd in 1985 !?
first registered in 1985 !?
Neat trick for an '81 LC ?
(or did the UK get 82 LC's assembled from leftover parts, years beyond the end of the actual production run?)

think date of manufacture was wrong but it is def a c reg bike ...shame regret selling it but was offered £900 at the time as lad was desperate to buy my lc...didnt want to sell it but was well known in york at the time... was terry beckett tuned and at the time reed mods etc were harpower reeds and ledar kits but in the 90's it was seriously quicker than a stock bike ...now everyone knows other mods and tricks ... iam sure cost me a fortune to coat as well as it was relatively new process to be done and many wasnt doin it..... however i needed the cash to be honest but now want to find it and redo it as it is on the left pic.
date of reg'n is 100% correct though...c reg
