A Moto-Line or similar jig.
Anything household Ie spirit levels, rules, tape measures etc will only give you a "there or thereabouts" type accuracy.

Are you trying to check if the frame is straight? or if the wheels are in alignement?

If you want to check the frame is straight then a real jig is the only accurate solution.
If you are trying to check wheel alignement, then thats much easier. I have two 6 foot long aluminium levels, (straight box section tubes), I lightly clamp one on each side of the rear wheel, they should naturally run parallel to each other (they touch the tyres in 2 places, one behind the axle and the second spot in front of the axle), and then the front wheel should sit in the middle between the two levels, if it doesn't then adjust the appropriate chain adjuster to center the front wheel and tighten the wheel axle and everything is aligned. It's much easire to do if the rear of the bike is on a paddock stand, with the bike vertical. Takes 5 minutes to check.. This assumes your frame is true and straight to begin with!!
