i just picked up my first bike and the front brake was off the bike when i got it.
Im not sure if the caliper is froze or not but the resivor is dry and the lever is locked up. YOu cant putll the lever.
The caliper isnt on the bike now.
Both look really clean and i dont really see any signs of rust. my adjustment screw is all the way out on the hand brake lever but i should still be able to pull the handle.
Is there any way to revive this handle / resivor / caliper? Like i said....it is dry.
