ok jets are prob ok!
discovered,theres actually one of the float valves missing?
how the feck do u put a carb together without the float valve?

Reminds me of Rich's hybrid...I reckon the hole in the float valve is smaller than his main jet.. Laughing Laughing

ok now got a valve!
the carb with the choke on its leaking like piss?
whats the most common problem,ive cleaned and recleaned everything,float heights are both identical!

i always set the float heights by blowing down the petrol pipe with the carb upside down to see where they shut off
just because they are sitting in the right place doesnt mean they have actually closed

main jets should be #92.5
float level 19.9mm

actually got it to stop flooding at least!
just running very rough now,needs a bit of fine tuning,ill have a look this evening
