Wouldn't waste petrol on that, looks like it was dragged to the lake after being hit by a lorry. This is a wind up I assume???

i couldn't help myself and pm'd the seller heres the response

"I work for CH&R Towing We have the local police contract. The city dredges the harbor every once and a while. Well doing so this year they found the RZ. The bike is registered to an insurance company that went out of business in 1989. This would suggest the bikes been under water for a long time. Our towing cost is $130 so just trying to get some money before it gets scrapped. "

mystery solved! Laughing
