£200-250 for a mechanically good motor, £300 plus with carbs, electric etc.
ps 31K isn't an F2 motor though, even though it will still fit

There you go got one here
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=290232635727&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=019
Its a 31K bottom end and head with 1UA barrells, ran OK when removed but the powervalves are binding a bit now so I would advise a strip and clean on the top end.

Having been burnt before make sure at the very least you check the crank for big end movement and that the barrels arent on their last over size, because bizarrely there are some unscrupulous barstewards out there

Wind your neck in son did i say you were a robbing git???? did i slag you off anywhere if so please point it out to me??
What i said was I HAVE BEEN BITTEN BEFORE SO WATCH WHAT YOU BUY
Im sure if you are an unscrupulous seller you wouldnt be trying again, but having bought a knackered 4lo motor i am telling him what to watch out for.
If you have a problem with that please feel free to pm me, otherwise look at it as i am ensuring you dont get ripped off by being able to say i am above board and have no problem selling anything.
Why do people on this site get the hump at everything?
I have been shafted more by Lc owners than any other bike owners yet im still here doing a little business and re-building my lc's.
Why do people feel its okay to become threatening abusive and aggresive on-line when i guarantee they wouldnt in the flesh????

rd347bigend - I wouldn't judge this forum on your experience in this thread alone - to be honest, the comments between BOSOZOKU & Baldyboy are one of the good things about this forum - you can speak your mind and if you're wrong or someone else disagrees - they feel free to say it, no harm done really
All in all, you'll be hard pushed to find better advice or more openess than you will on here - even if some people are a little quick to react
good 'ol t'internet eh
