I just changed the throttle cable and now when it starts My 350lc , It revs so high ,I need to shut it off .. What do I need to do to solve this ..? unscrew the idle ? adjust the cable ? Please help Steve

I would start by checking that the cable ends are correctly located in the carb tops and into the splitter box. I often find the cables come unseated and this causes the engine to rev up..

Sounds like the cable may not be seating correctly. Make sure the outer cable is not sitting on top of the adjuster. Check the cable splitter box under the tank, its easily done. If all is ok you may have just over adjusted it Rolling Eyes

I've done this Embarassed cables not in the splitter correctly.

Also make sure the LH slide is in the left carb and same for the right!
