i sold baldyboy a engine 3 years ago sold as seen (but he belived it was a rebuilt one from where he got this from i have no idea )
your going to drag my name though the sh*t so ill tell my part of it ive only had 2 rebuilt engine one was my lc and one was for my ypvs ...period one is sold the other one is soon to be

you took the engine apart in my spare room and spilt 900 cm of oil all over the carpet .and brought the engine there and then..so 3years later you contact me saying the engine is sh*t
and what am i going to do about it( barrels cracked crank bent and cases has splits in them )

well ill tell you nothing ive been to the cab about this and they told me you have 30 days to return the engine its been 3 years and god know what you have done to it in this time Question there wasnt anything wrong with it when it left my house
you say your going to get my bikes car checked by the dvla
do it ive nothing to hide you want me to give you the reg numbers and you a member of her majesty police force Confused tut tut tut

you seem to be threatening me via your pm,s if you think you have a case then ill see you in court ive done nothing wrong

Lee, oh lee no threats were made nor implied sorry you feel so paranoid, but you told me that you didnt sell me an engine and that you had never heard of me and that we had never met.
Then when i reminded you of your address and described your home you didnt reply to my pm.s.
I certainly did not check your engine at your house had i done so we wouldnt of been in this position.
I bought a 're-built' engine from you, you can argue the semantics all you like.
I took it home and stored it in good faith, it has never been used it has never been registered to the vehicle and my lc has been on sorn for the past 4 years.
Then because of a change in circumstances this past 4 weeks i have managed to get to grips with it.
I stripped it down to find one of the barrels has broken at the base (oh by the way the barrels i believe have been tuned knife edged ports etc)
The barrels are at +2 so are junk as well as being broken.
The crank is absolutely nerfed and no good, the crankcase are broken etc etc.
Now were i able to post photos i would happily do so just to show the damage to one and all.
It would also allow me to show the surface furring on the polished alloy which again would assist in showing it hasnt been used or ran.
I would be interested to know if those that know you or of you can remember what motor was in your 4lo prior to the ypvs motor, was it by chance a polished 4lo engine.
Did it get broken then you thought some patsy will buy it.
If i knew then what i know now , hindsight wonderful thing.
I also notice how you denied it because you thought you might have to pay out and now you have sought legal advice you are happy to admit the sale.
I will when i get a chance post the PM,s here that you sent denying the sale, etc.
I was happy to have left you with your conciensce, as revenge is a dish best served cold, but you have forced my hand and therefore am happy to post the PM,s.
The truth will out young man Laughing
Oh and another thing if i had been that desperate to out you would i not have listed the correct address for you or even the area?
Would i not have described the bike in far more detail, and would i not posted one topic instead of keeping them entirely seperate?
Saved me the bother though, thanks.

Subject: Rebuilt engine

Lee, dont know if you ever read my 'Pissed Off' post.
You may find it interesting, as it involves you.
A few years ago i found your number in the lc owners club magazine, i came to your home (where you were rebuilding your impressive special blue and white lc) and bought a 'reconditioned nice nick' motor for my Lc rebuild.
It was the one that you had polished.
Just to jog your memory i will describe it
So i have stored this motor what with one thing and another never had the chance to finish my re-build, but kept the engine stored in decent conditions, drained the oil and poured some down the bores etc;
Anyway, due to a change in my circumstances i have stripped this motor to rebuild it, and guess what awaited me.
Oh shall i tell you, barrels on +2 over, so not really much good, but one of the barrels had broken its liner at the base as well as one of the pistons having eaten itself.
The crank is way beyond normal working clearances so will need rebuilding with new mains etc; i except it would of needed new seals.
So as you can tell i am not a very happy camper especially as i paid good money for this 'rebuilt decent motor'
I recall it was £300-00.
I look forward to your response.

Subject: Re: Rebuilt engine

So you dont remember the engine or dont remember the damage or dont remember the converstaion where you told me it was a good motor.
If its dont remember the motor, let me remind you.
It was a 350 lc with a crack on the up crankcase and i nearly didnt buy it because of that, it had a polished head and cases with silver barrels, the engine number no doubt would be the same as the one you used to run until you had a pv motor put in.
Sure i will be able to trace it.
It had pistons at plus .2 so basically as big as you can go without problems, oh and the left hand barrel liner had cracked and split (but the barrel had been put back into place) and the piston had broken as well.
The crank is nerfed absolutely no good what so ever, needs rebuilding completely.
So the question i have to ask is? did this engine formerly inhabit your 4lo (easily checked with DVLA) why was it rebuilt with a knackered crank and barrels and pistons and then sold as a rebuilt motor.
The other question i have to ask myself is why didnt i check it, Answer; because i found you through the lc owners club and stupidly trusted you.
Now do you remember the engine and conversation.
Please let me know if you dont remember? do you sell that many lc engines? Esp like the condition of this one?
Look forward to your response Lee.

look i ve never meet you let alone sold a rebuilt enginenever sold a rebuilt engine only used ones.. i have 2 rebuilt engines only 1lc and 1 ypvs 1 sold 2 weeks ago along with bike 1 still with me

you say it was 3 years ago damm i cant remember this ever happening
whys it taken all this time to contact me
u seem to have slated me on the yamaha forum
already before trying to sort the problem out

so my question is what you want from me after 3 years

you can post this on the forum aswell as im sure you will

and i dont live in walsall aswell
You lee sold me this motor, you lived in a little ground floor flat type place, you were rebuilding your blue and white lc in your room, and where very pleased about the seat and the bike as a whole, i paid you £300-00 because i had to go into the high street to the bank to draw the money, and it was west brom way junction 1 of the M5 i could even drive there now to where you were living at the time.

You told me the motor was sound which it isnt and never was, i didnt name you on the forum nor describe the bike as well as i could of, and at the time i didnt know what name you used on this forum.

I have taken so long because i didnt have the time to rebuild or even check the motor at the time as i said i trusted you that it was as good as you said it was, why would i buy a scrap motor.

So you can deny you ever sold me the motor, and deny you ever met me but that doesnt change the facts we did meet and you did sell me a duff motor.

I will check with the dvla and do research it to prove it.

And if i never met you and you never met me why are you asking me what i want from you.

The question shouldnt be what do i want, but what are you prepared to offer, as i have a motor with a duff crank and duff pistons and barrels that are no good to me.

The dvla will prove it has never been registered, and as i say, had i checked it sooner i would have contacted you sooner.

And had i checked it on the day i certainly wouldnt of bought it, you took advantage of my trust as a another member of the club.

And dependant on the outcome i have no problem resolving this matter with you amicably

And ditto your Pms both of them until you went quiet, Oh and thanks for saving me the trouble of posting mine, much appreciated.

So now you have admitted that you sold me the engine ahhh the sudden recall of events are you going to do the honorable thing and admit you sold me a pup, or are you going to continue to deny until i get further evidence??

I am enjoying this, its turned out better than i thought feel free to continue posting. Laughing

So at this time you persist with ive never met you, and you cant remember it happening and suddenly recall of the events.
And i never gave enough info to blame you maybe a guilty conscience oh sorry to be guilty you would have to have one
