My Ex likes to play God with the kids.
With out worning she tels my 13 year old girl she will never see me again and to ring me and tell me not to pick them up for the school disco and i wont be seeing them that weekend or the holidays that week . Infact i have not seen my kids now in 3 weeks thats 4 weekends in all.
She has taken the phone of her and has put a block on the house phone and computa.
It worreys me as my 5 year old does not like his mum at all infact nether like he mutch but my son is getting very distresed about it accourding to my girl from the last time we spoke last week .
The kids are not geting to do there football ice skating gymnastics and swimming. They are making a fuss but she told my little girl to ring me and tell me to cancel everything .
Its a shame for the kids and they are getting very distresed by it all . But as yet i dont know what has sparked this of. I havent talked to her in some time now. Not since she blackmailed my girl with the thret of not seeing me and told her to lie to me about her getting marred to the bloke she cheeted on me with of the net.
Im used to her lies and deseption bt making my kids do it was to mutch . My girl was crying her eyes out abouit having to do this the weekend after thje secret wdding.
Any way im fed up with all this every time she go's of on one she takes the kids away from me and the kids are suffering and i miss them like you have no idea.

Grounds for unreasonable behaviour. I sussed this before I got divorced just in case things went tits.
Make the kids a ward of court if you can. Pursue it in court mate..you need to seek proper help not advice from a bike forum.

You would be better going to a solicitor and getting a free 30 minute consultation, with a family lawyer.
My missus is a solicitor but she deals in personal injuries, so is no use to you.
