I had to do my harrison 4 pots today ,the way i did it was to start pumping the pistons out ,if any are sticking put spacers between the good ones and the disc to stop them coming out until the bad ones start moving as far as the other ones then remove spacers and they should come ok Smile

Kev,
I normally do mine off the bike, get them both moving first, spray the pistons with WD40 or whatever to get some lubrication around the seals, heat with a hot air gun as well. When they both move a bit I lock 1 piston in place with a clamp and pump air into the bleed nipple hole (having put a bolt into the brake line hole) I use a car foot pump with a plastic attachment on it and have nearly always managed to get them out. Once 1 side is out; I personally split the caliper and cover the joining holes with my fingers and pump the other half out, it is a bit fiddly but does work, other people use compressors but you have to be very careful as the pistons can come out as projectiles. With it split its easier to clean and replace seals before re joining the 2 halves again.

Do mine the same way as shytalk, always works but i use a small bit of plastic to block the galleys and then bolt them back together, blast of air and they pop out, if using a compressor as I do watch your fingers as they shoot out like bullets.
