Hi guys, I am about to put my first Restoration (more like a Resurrection..) on eBay and thought I'd let you lot have a look at it first, someone might like it... and give me some feedback - including personal estimates of value.
The bike might be known to a couple of you as I bought it in Hove off a friend of Rich's about 3 years ago. This is my first post here 'though an LC club member and Welsh Rally visitor occasionally (why no 'Welsh' this year?), and owner of too many 'garaged' 2 strokes and very few on the road. Time to start making space.....
1986 C reg RZ250LC Import converted with 350cc 31k top end with powerjet carbs, LC clocks, streetfighter-type bars (chromed and wider than o.e..) Red and Black LCII graphics. Powder coated at Griffs, some 'yam green bolts and bits', no belly pan brackets as standard, very strong engine - prefixed 29L, 31K pipes. Paint and panels a bit tatty but goes well and could get another bum on an LC seat! Retro.
