i have a good set of jolly moto pipes
My question is, what re jetting needs to be done ?
will fitting a boost bottle help?(got one in the box)
if any mods need doing to the air box(no worries i have a spare)
it just seems wasteful having a good set of pipes hanging in the shed .
what performance enhancement can i expect when all work has been done?
thanks

They go like stink, but are very revvy, meaning you will be able to rev alot farther out, wich puts your crank at risk.. Smile

I had 240 mains on my F2 with ramairfilters and a LEDAR nozzle kit to smooth out the transition. With stock airbox 190 or 195 (stock powerjets at #55), maybe the stock 185's aswell, but I ran 200's with a spark plug jammed under the airbox lid to keep it partially open.. Shocked , with filter in and it worked very good. (felt better than the ramairs, and a whole lot less noisy)

send them to me and i'll " test" them for you, though it may take a year or so. but they're just hanging in your garage anyways...

What you are saying sounds like weak mixture. A blown crank seal would only affect one side, and it will still run, so would be able to ride it.

Try stripping and cleaning out your carbs very careful, if no luck there look for airleaks.. does it help to put the choke on?
