Hi all I'm re living my younger days with my newly bought 1981 350 lc. Now my local mot place said my microns would be to loud so my mate has some sworebrick (sorry about the spelling ) pipes off a 250 which we've put on. Do i need bigger jets and if so what size do you recomend. any help welcome. All the best Raggy

Rich In my experience, changing pipes alone doesn't normally require much if any jetting changes. What jets are in it now and is the airbox and filter standard?

HI Rich its a standerd air box and 220 needal and 200 on the other

ps i got the bike of eBay for £820 as a none runner and got it going with in ten min's is this a good price to be paying

It's a fantastic price, unless it's like mine. It ran, but needed a lot of pieces as the days went by. All the parts didn't brake in the first day but over a period of 1000km so far. So did you just say that you have 200 jets in one side and 220 jets in the other . . . . carry a tool kit and a cell phone when you go riding, just in case (I do).
