One of the "ears" on the holder for the main-fuse on my 31k snapped off, does anybody know where to get a new or used one?
I've tried the automotive stores around here, but to no luck..

I used something like this http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?TabID=1&ModuleNo=439&doy=8m7
Cut one tab off and soldered the other.

RD400 is a direct replacement - you will have to solder it in though or fit a plug to your loom to match the one already on the 400 FB.

Alternatively you could cut the wires on your fuse box and renew the full fuse box including plug in connectors available from NORBO.

from expereince:
IF one tang breaks it's only a very short time before the others will as well.
Replace them all at one go, it's far easier on the nerves than fixing one at a time.

Second that, just went to compare the snapped one on my PV with the Maplins one, moved the damned thing and another broke. Why can`t I leave things alone. Looks like the Norbo option in the near future.

You may struggle trying to solder 20+ year old wiring, it's usually black when you strip it back. Good luck though
