yep good luck,
A few words. I personally thank Yamaha Classic racing for putting the show of bikes together without people like them we wouldnt see them on the tracks. but at Spa so much was wrong.
tz 250s dont run on tt100 tyres, i dont recal anyone in the 1980s using them kr124 maybe so why fit them to a ex gp bike
there were also to many break downs.
a certain 250 had its cluch come loose eg nut not tightened.
a certain 250 didnt have its petrol pipe on so when tap was turned on petrol it pissed out.
Ago done less laps than anyone bike constantly smoking on one pot
some of the riders had never set eyes on the bikes they were riding until the day they rode them.
just my observations

The Classic Yamaha Team is a great idea. I first saw them at Spa last year and have been looking forward to seeing them again this year.
Not just the bikes, but all the other little details are great. Love the two vans, the petrol pumps and the way the whole team is turned out. Do you know if they are planning on selling some of the Classic team Clothing at some point?
I would like to thank the whole team for putting this show on and Ferry Brouwer who has put the team together. I'm sure now he has retired, the team will grow even more.
Any plans to bring the team to England?
I was impressed with the Yamaha support shown all weekend. Someone at Yamaha UK needs to look at how they do it in Europe. We was made very welcome by the Yamaha truck outside the circuit. They had an owners track day Thursday and an owners day Sunday. We was invited to leave our LC's on display there and you could see the staff was happy to meet and look after all the Yamaha owners. Very good weekend.
