Hello,

When I try and send a video from my camcorder by email - It takes a long time and I get a time out message Rolling Eyes

If you now what I mean - hopefully Confused Exclamation

I know it depends on the length of the video etc but is there a trick way of doing so this don`t happen ie a program the compress it etc Question

Cheers

Try MS movie maker thats free with the winders OS....

It's not brilliant but it can reduce video file sizes to whatever size u want and in a useable format playable in Winders media player which almost everybody has!!

Or send it to whoever via: http://www.yousendit.com/

One gig limit!

Some ISP's restrict the maximum attachment size in emails Evil or Very Mad

Might not be the source of your problem - but it's worth looking into scratch

Go to TOOLS..ACCOUNTS..select email account..PROPERTIES..ADVANCED and set the contol for server timeouts to max..you should be ok..if not you can use the tab underneath to break apart messages..they are re-assembled by the receivers machine...

God Im good..
