Am I right in thinking that you can use the vacuum nipple on the carb as an oil feed? Reason I ask is I've got about eight pwk28s (The joy of owning 2 KR1S and the quest for spares and doner bikes ) and I could easily make a pair of 'right hand' ones to use on my hybrid, stick 2 long adjusters on, exiting on the right and jobs a good 'un.
Carburation still remains a bit of a black art to me, so sorry if it's a bit of a simple question

The real oil injectors have an orifice think it is 1mm diameter.

Mark, I used 2 right hand carbs out of the selection that I got from you, no problems with the oil feeds but couldn't get them to work so swapped back to 31k ones. Carbs are a mystery to me to but I'm learning and will have another go at some point.
Mark...

Thanks for the advice guys, will have a weigh up about getting rid of any and let you know.
Think I'll have a go, got a pair sorted and are being vapour blasted tomorrow. Ordered the 40 degree angled bits from Allens. Sorted the chokes out tonight, used KR plungers mated to an old lc choke plunger, looks pretty neat and tidy.

Quick pic of them fitted, working spot on now, was slightly rich but messing with airbox and needles sorted that out.

Used the 40 degree bend from Allens with a std lc throttle cable, choke is from kr1s plungers mated to an lc button, works fine.
Vapour blasting by Doy of this parrish, highly recommended.
