IMO any resleeving is a Bodge . Cooling issues invariably follow and With a "larger' bore the Ports get so reduced in size that performance is lessened likel;y lower than whjat's available from unmolested stock size bores.
Caveat emptor .

Theys are quight a good mod . Its a special piston made for the liners, the liners are a good quolity . You need to mod a head to match and put a O ring groov in the barrels after fitting them for a TZ 750 O ring . and they give extra torque and a tuned one is very fast . But there is no over bore on the standard piston after that you have to replace the rod for an RD400 one and use some Kwak jet ski pistins but they are still well fast and once you have don this you have the full 8 bores as normel.
This sold cheep as well. the cost a far bit more as normel . I hop you got this one it was a bargen.

Thanks for the replies..
norbo if i sent the barels/heads/kit to you could u get it sorted for me..
if so could u pm a price etc many thanks.
the reason this kit was bought is because the nonrunner that we bought had 1.50 pistons on and both barels had different tune (one was butchered actually the exh port was 3mil higher if i remember) rather than throw them in the bin the kit seemed a good idea...
cheers all
