Some will say the same about mitaka pistons aswell... Wink

My best experiences are STOCK OEM pistons or WISECO pistons.
(Wiseco needs special attention to the bore and clearance, and will rattle)

Rich Apparently not Confused

http://www.pjme.co.uk/acatalog/RS125.html

"RS125 KHC Piston
What Can I Say About This Piston It Is Sh*t The Only Reason I have Put In Our Web Shop Is That They Are Sold On Ebay For Anything From £22.95 To £55.00 And Make A Good Qualty Piston Look Dear.

They Are Made In China And Have Very Poor Qualty C-clips And Piston Rings.

I Would Not Fit One To My Lawnmower Let Alone A Aprilia RS125! If You Must Buy One You Do So At Your Own Risk You have Been Warned"

personally i wouldnt use them but i do sell them for the simple reason most of my customers want the cheapest for their field bike or just to get them on the road etc. From what ive heard the piston itself isnt to bad but the rings clips are crap, for what you have to spend on getting jap rings you might aswell buy a jap piston aswell. lets face it its gonna do x thousand miles and x rpm its the heart of the engine dont get a dodgy ticker!
